Betrayed by his party after defeating the Demon King, the necromancer Clow is cast down into the bottomless “Abyss Pit” to die. But instead of perishing, he absorbs the pit’s dense, toxic miasma, turning death itself into raw power and returning to life.

Arriving at an ancient city once obliterated by the gods, Clow uses his newfound strength to fully resurrect ten thousand legendary heroic spirits. Swearing absolute allegiance to him, this invincible army becomes the foundation of his newly forged, shadow-bound kingdom. Bound by unbreakable loyalty, Clow and his army of heroes launch a merciless campaign of revenge against the comrades who betrayed him and the gods who orchestrate everything from behind the scenes.
